School has resumed, which means the return of the parents think dropping their child off overrides the road rules and they can double park, block roads and drive through roundabouts without giving way. Yes I have to go through a school zone on the way to work.

🍿 Watched Star Trek: Section 31 (2025) ★½

The amount of hype being pumped out by the PR machine in the lead up should have been a warning sign. Not the worst Star Trek movie but it’s right near the bottom of the rankings.

I didn’t go to work, I went out to lunch, wandered round the art gallery, then had a cocktail or two on the walk home. A pretty good day to mark another circuit round the sun.
