Trying out some new tea I picked up from McIver’s shop at the Victoria Markets in Melbourne.

I picked the (It’s A) Bolshie Brew mainly because of the name. It has a good smokey flavour which isn’t overpowering and is a blend of Lapsang and Assam.

The Miner’s Tea is very similar to Yorkshire tea.

The bottom half has the name of the tea and indicates the tea blend and where it was blended. The packet on the left is “(It’s a) Bolshie Brew” and on the right is “Miner’s Tea”.

There is a definite correlation between the speed at which the cat zooms down the corridor away from her litter tray and what she has left in the tray.

🚶 Walking back to my hotel and glad it’s downhill of the restaurant as I’m so very very full after the chef’s menu at Cumulus in Melbourne tonight.
