I love sitting at the bar with a view of the kitchen and the chefs at work. The coordination of orders as the team dance around each other to have it all coming together for the server to take out is brilliant to watch.

🍸 Checked into the hotel. Time to go out and get a little cocktail, maybe a whiskey sour, maybe both 🤷🏻‍♂️

Judging by the number of people in shorts and t-shirts on this Melbourne bound flight a lot of people haven’t checked the weather there. I try to dress for the weather at my destination, not departure location. 29°c here, 11°c there.
