Roast vegetables have reached the stage where there’s a delicious smell, with strong hints of garlic, filling the place. I’m very ready for dinner and there’s plenty of extra potatoes for cold lunches.

There are about 8 people having a party in the bbq area in the apartment complex behind me. They have a portable speaker and a woman has been singing (not very well) for the last 30mins with it echoing loudly everywhere. What makes people think this is okay behaviour?

📺 Watching Mobland on Paramount+ and I’ve had to turn the subtitles on so I can understand what Pierce Brosnan is saying in the Irish accent he’s using.

🚶 Walking home after work takes about 40mins. It’s a great way to clear the head and make sure I’m not still thinking about work stuff when I get home.

🛥️ Catching the city cat (ferry) along the river to work is so lovely on a crisp clear winter day.

We’re over halfway through 2025, which means 2050 is now closer than 2000.
