🚶‍♂️ Out for an afternoon walk.

Actually IFTTT, there is a very good reason why the link to twitter doesn’t work anymore and it most definitely has nothing to do with improvements being made. Quite the opposite actually.

☺️ Knots worked out of the neck and shoulders. Saturday morning massage has set me up for a good day.

A nearby building site is noisily driving piles into the ground. They can do this on a Saturday because developers have convinced council they must complete their projects as fast as possible. Large donations don’t hurt when making that argument. Capitalism is good or something.

💆‍♂️ Patiently waiting for my massage appointment. Starting my weekend with working the tight knots out of my shoulders.

A recent podcast discovery is @hemisphericviews. I listened to one after seeing it referenced on micro.blog and thought “yep, I’m going to enjoy this”. I’m now working my way through older podcasts. The right blend of content, interesting info and witty repartee between hosts.
