🤔 Trying to decide on a new blog name.
There have been so many people signing up to the local aus.social Mastodon instance in the last few days it’s a veritable feast of new people to engage with. Many I recognise from twitter that had slowly become less engaged. Hopefully that changes now they’re on Mastodon.
Starting the Microblogvember challenge with a photo of the fine figure of a feline, Ms Ali. This gorgeous girl brings me joy every day. She is not a needy cat but is never far away from me when I’m home, usually watching me going about my day.

I’m a big fan of the Carrot weather app and its snarky messages. The combination of homicidal personality and communist politics in settings delivers some great stuff that often cracks me up.

Not a huge fan of halloween as I see it as yet another american thing that’s becoming a commercialised norm in Australia but the joy on the faces of children yesterday as they were dressed up at a local party does soften my views a bit. That and the work halloween morning tea.
